About Katie Bramble

I work with individuals and families who have encountered crises and trauma, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, and various other behavioral and mental health challenges. I use an empathetic, strengths-based approach with clients, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness to support with building effective strategies for managing distress. Together we cultivate healing through an exploration of the past, skill building, and the use of practical strategies. Core to my approach is working with people to identify their inner critics and to recognize the limiting beliefs that shape the lens through which they see themselves and the world around them. I provide a safe space for clients to gain insight, build deeper and more authentic connections, and develop skills for reducing distress so they can live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidence-based trauma modality that combines bilateral stimulation, Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Guided Imagery to erase and replace the negative images in the mind that cause symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress.
