About Katie Broom

I am a qualified ACA with seventeen years post qualification experience. After starting my career in audit, I went on to work in industry for six years for two FTSE100 companies where I worked in demanding finance functions which experienced restructures. Since then, I moved on to working in a small accounting practice, where I have worked in an intense customer focus environment. In my current role as a Senior Accountant, I can work under pressure and have to successfully prioritise and juggle workload in order to achieve tight time frames relating to HMRC deadlines and clients requests. I have an excellent attention to detail, am a strong team player who is also able to work alone and can deliver outstanding results. I have strong communication skills, both verbally and written whether this is communicating with clients or colleagues.
