A driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on seeing team members succeed. I started my career in Client Experience driven roles and stumbled upon dentistry in 2014. I never could have anticipated the road it has led me down a decade later. I have progressed from a Front Desk Associate to a Patient Experience Coach to Manager of a high producing Dental Practice, finally landing in my current role of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. My favorite experience in my career is being able to witness success. In many cases a team member comes in tentatively, hoping they found their next office to call home. Fast forward a couple years, and they have received certifications, well deserved raises and promotions, they train their peers and new hires, etc, etc. What could be better than finding exceptional and motivated employees! My goal is to be able to say "I knew them when.". I love nothing more than recruiting for an open position because a team member has excelled and moved into another role within the company. Isn't that every recruiter's dream? That dream is not always reality, but I strive to find candidates who have that spark. The candidate who wants more, the one whose goals are constantly evolving. That is where success comes from.
