About Katie Byard

Katie is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who qualified at the Institute of Psychiatry in 2001 and who has since then worked as a clinician in paediatric and child neuropsychology services. Currently she works clinically and provides supervision in child neuropsychology and childhood brain injury neurorehabilitation. She is co-founder and Clinical Director of Recolo, a UK-wide community child neuropsychology rehabilitation service and co-editor of Neuropsychological Rehabilitation of Childhood Brain Injury: A practical guide. She has published and presented on child neuropsychological rehabilitation and is an invited public speaker to national and international professional groups and third sector groups. Katie is Trustee of the Child Brain Injury Trust.
