As a Business Intelligence Manager at Resideo, I use my passion for data to create impactful and meaningful reports and dashboards for the Office of Chief Executives and Senior Leadership. I have over 10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization, working across various industries and functions. I have competencies with multiple tools/systems, including Alteryx Designer (Alteryx Core Certified), Tableau (Tableau Certified Data Analyst), SQL, Python, R, SAP, and PowerBI, among others. I leverage these to deliver solutions that enable data-driven decision making, improve performance, and optimize processes. I also enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, sharing best practices, and mentoring others in data analytics. Previous to Resideo, I was employed with Cargill for 7.5 years in multiple roles - The Data and Business Intelligence Lead within Cargill Premix Nutrition’s (CPN) United States division, a Senior Professional Business Intelligence Analyst on the Business Intelligence team within Cargill Feed and Nutrition’s (CFN) United States division, an FP & A Analyst on Cargill Animal Nutrition’s (CAN) Global FP & A Center Of Excellence, a Global Pricing Analyst on CAN’s Transform to Compete Team and a Business Analyst/Professional Accountant with the US division of CFN. In 2009 I was on the University of Minnesota Duluth Division 1 Women’s Ice Hockey team. While I was on the team, we won the 2009-2010 Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) season championship, the WCHA playoff championship, and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Championship. Upon winning the NCAA National Championship my team and I were invited to the White House along with all of the other Division 1 NCAA National Champions and had the chance to meet with President Barack Obama.
