About Katie Dickerman

I graduated SMU with a BBA in Marketing and Minors in Sport Management and Advertising. I received my Masters in Business Analytics from the Cox School of Business. Researching and analyzing customer data, as well as helping companies develop strategies that improve performance is a goal of mine. I enjoy collaborating with people and working together to find creative solutions. I am interested in exploring methods used to analyze data and turn it into actionable and relevant insights. I am self motivated and adaptable with organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. I am team-oriented and interested in the financial market as well as finding technological solutions for clients. I aim to build relationships with both other employees and clients. I able to multi- task well, enjoy performing research, and wish to further learn how to manage risk. I hope to use data driven techniques to find solutions for business related problems and build models to determine trends and in return, meaningful insights. I want to help turn data science models into real-time and presentable data including visualization tools that layout future opportunities.
