A Florida transplant living in Alabama, I graduated from Auburn University's Harbert College of Business with a degree in Marketing in 2015. I worked for Gamestop for 7 years, eventually taking over as a store manager in 2017. From there I was recruited to Bacheler Technologies, initially as a Support Coordinator, and found my passion for the IT field. In 2019 I took over as the manager of the Help Desk and I manage a team of 7 that is responsible for handling initial support calls and emails for our clients. In 2022 I was promoted to support manager and manage a team of 10. I have been with Bacheler Technologies for 6 years and I absolutely love what I do.
