As having a keen eye for systems and with extensive experience in running my own small business I have the characteristics that your company needs and deserves. Identifying innovative approaches and improved solutions to business challenges both motivate and drive me. Having owned and operated my own design and marketing firm for 10 years within the Amish Furniture niche I gain the skills needed to develop project management procedures and SOP's to fulfill over 300k in sales a year, which included graphic design print projects from conception to completion. I was the face of every project via the initial sale to a client base of over 100 and managing a team of four remote designers. I developed new marketing strategies for an industry that didn’t even know what that term meant. My marketing firm to this day changed the face of the catalogs designed in that industry and how the lack of technology didn’t have to become an obstacle for success. Having sold this business due to location changes I ventured into the e-commerce world. I owned and operated Theplantshanty.com for the past two years. My successes have stemmed from essential skills needed, including website app development on Google and Apple platforms, Facebook ad management, social media design creation, Google ads integration and Google shopping and pintrest advertising. My design experience includes the use of Canva for print marketing and design, and social media management. Website skills include Shopify website design, app integrations, product management, inventory management, order fulfillment and customer service. Although I have always been a business owner, I am a collaborative team player who is always searching for opportunities to impart valuable insights that will drive business.
