About Katie Head

I came to Branding Arc in 2021 with 3 years of experience in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry working in various capacities at InvestiNet, LLC, a full services account receivables management firm in Greenville, SC. During my first year, I worked as a Media Generalist, a role in which I processed Satisfaction of Judgment, Assignment of Judgment, and Substitution of Attorney requests for clients and collectors. I spent the following 2 years working as a Disputes Specialist and specialized in processing, researching, remediating, and responding to a variety of consumer disputes in tandem with clients and 3rd party collectors. I also have 3 years of experience as a Librarian in various capacities. I earned my Master of Library & Information Science degree from the University of South Carolina in 2009. I especially enjoyed my time as a Reference Librarian where I found a passion for research and adult education, including helping adults grow in personal finance education. During my time as a Librarian, I coordinated and hosted the library’s Money Smart Week, a nonprofit Federal Reserve/American Library Association consumer finance education initiative. I am a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) through Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) and have completed several core compliance courses through ACA International. As a Content Creator for Branding Arc and Receivables Info, I have the opportunity to use my College of Charleston undergraduate background in Art and Education combined with my ARM industry knowledge and passion for the written word to help develop meaningful content for clients, consumers, and the ARM industry.
