As an independent broker we pride ourselves on offering a specialist, personalised service to our clients to ensure they have a suitable level of cover in place for their needs. We achieve this by visiting people so that we can understand what they do and ensure that our advice is tailor made to their needs. Our clients have the chance to discuss their policies and understand the cover in place, rather than find out after a claim. We save our clients time, money and the stress of worrying that their insurer & broker doesn't understand their activities or what would happen in the event of a claim. I am also involved with the Insurance Institute of Manchester, which is the local body of the Chartered Insurance Institute. We pride ourselves on running professional CPD events for our members in & around the Manchester area. Keeping up to date with CPD is something which is very important to me & my company and brings benefits to my clients as I have up to date knowledge on industry issues and future covers which might help people.
