I have over 10 years of experience in database management and systems. My core competencies include Salesforce, data migration, reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and advanced Microsoft programs. I have trained over 200 employees on Salesforce and developed training manuals for Salesforce and Oracle. I have also created dozens of custom reports and dashboards that enabled executives and daily users to gain insights into sales activity, financials, opportunities, and account intelligence. I am passionate about providing support to all levels of sales management and teams, utilizing my strong organizational skills and communication skills.
