About Katie Lechase

Katie LeChase is a life sciences, healthcare and B2B tech-focused communications and marketing strategist with 16+ years of experience working hand-in-hand with organizations to develop overarching communications strategies that engage audiences and move people to action.Katie most recently served as a senior leader for Treble, as one on a leadership team of four to grow and scale the agency. She had previously been a leader on the San Diego team at 10Fold Communications. Prior to that, she was with Havas Formula's business technology and publicity divisions. Before joining Havas, Katie had developed and implemented PR and marketing strategies and tactics at Co-Communications. She also worked in New York as the PR manager for Rally.org, an online storytelling and crowdfunding platform based out of San Francisco. Katie started her agency career as an interim public relations account supervisor at Roberts Communications, where she worked closely with B2B, tech and healthcare clients to craft and implement communications plans. Katie spent the first four years of her PR career in the Public Relations Department at University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC).
