About Katie Ostler

After accumulating several years of valuable experience in the realm of customer service, I made a significant career transition in 2021 by joining construction firm, Laing O’Rourke. My initial objective was to undertake a 12-month traineeship program. I was then offered to continue full time employment as an office manager/executive assistant on a legacy project in Victoria with the business. Following 2 and a half years of assisting to grow the team to 200 staff and working closely with the senior leadership team, executive members and client leaders, I decided to relocate to Manchester, England to undertake a new challenge joining boutique Investment Banking firm, GP Bullhound. Through these roles I have developed essential transferrable skills in client relationship building, events management and administration and clerical skills to assist teams of all levels. I have a passion for team culture and thrive in roles that provide continuous feedback and support to my career development. My passions outside of work lay in travel, hiking and live music.
