About Katie Palm

I am a graduate from Tennessee State University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program. During my graduate career, I participated in volunteer opportunities that consisted of "Tim Tebow's Night to Shine Event" and volunteering at our schools student run clinic. Since graduation, I have worked as Physical Therapist in an outpatient pediatric clinic fostering the growth of developmental gross motor milestones, decreasing affects of torticollis and other developmental diagnoses, and improving range of motion and strength in order to participate in age-appropriate play with peers. I am currently working in an outpatient orthopedic setting as a staff Physical Therapist. My undergraduate degree was completed at the University of Minnesota Rochester. The degree I earned was a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences. In the past, I had spearheaded the efforts to reinstate a community festival as well as taking part in organizing the annual event, Millville Valley River Day's.
