About Katie Purcell

I’m a People Operations leader focused on building the systems, talent practices, and cultures that help organizations scale with clarity, accountability, and trust. My background in neuroscience and organizational development shapes how I approach people work: grounded in behavior, data, and how teams actually operate - not how we wish they would. I specialize in talent management, HR operations, and culture building, partnering closely with leaders to turn strategy into execution.I believe People Ops is not about policies or perks - it’s about creating the conditions where great people can do their best work, leaders are equipped to lead well, and performance is both expected and supported. If you’re interested in scaling teams intentionally, building high-trust accountability, or evolving how organizations think about performance and leadership, we’ll probably get along!
