A core tenet of my career has been identifying workflow inefficiencies and optimizing processes that add redundancies or overburden clinical staff, ensuring streamlined operations that enhance both staff performance and patient care.I bring a strong technical skill set to the table, including extensive experience in project management, HL7/API Clinical Integrations as a Subject Matter Expert, and proficiency in AI/ML technologies. These skills have allowed me to drive forward innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of diverse clinical environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of new technologies.My effective communication and client-focused approach have enabled me to establish and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders across various healthcare settings, including Acute Inpatient, Ambulatory, FQHCs, VA Hospitals, IHS clinics, and Behavioral Health facilities.
