About Katie Shugg

Summa Cum Laude graduate from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Computational Modeling and Data Analytics, complemented by minors in Mathematics and Statistics. My academic background provides me with a strong foundation in mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and complex data interpretation, along with experience in programming languages such as R, Python, and C++. Currently, I am a Technology Analyst at Accenture, where I recently supported an Aerospace & Defense client with an SAP migration. In this role, I helped execute an ahead-of-schedule production cutover and an ahead-of-schedule go-live for the client, while also driving stakeholder communication through daily status emails featuring charts, graphs, statistics, and key updates. Previously, I served as a Scrum Master for an automotive client’s SAP transformation project, where I led PMO efforts to optimize project timelines, track deliverables, and support process flow documentation. Across these experiences, I bring strong analytical and organizational skills to ensure project success and help clients achieve streamlined financial systems. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges, continuously seeking opportunities to deepen my expertise in data analytics and technology-driven solutions.
