About Katie Stanoffsky

At her current position as Senior Specialist, Growth Partnerships with Vancity, Katie strives to create, optimize and grow the partnership platform, working alongside the Manager of Growth Partnerships. With this, Katie is in charge of monitoring business needs and aligning partnerships with current team and business goals, while aligning with Vancity values, as well as acting as a key liaison between the marketing team and cross-functional external and internal teams. In her previous role with Ampli by Avion Rewards, Katie was the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, responsible for Micro campaigns, seasonal campaigns, partner spotlights, as well as in-app collections that go out to Ampli consumers. Here, she was able to dig into her critical thinking, go-to-market skillset, while dealing with various different teams throughout the process. She's able to utilize her html skillset, as well as project management working on various projects at a time. Through her time at PH & N Institutional, Katie was part of the Institutional Communications team. Here, she helped the team create and edit quarterly reports for clients, and was involved in the planning of various institutional events that are held throughout the year. Katie's position allowed her to practice her skill in large CRM databases (Salesforce) in order to better serve clients and her team. Katie was responsible for event reporting, anniversary reporting, as well as dealing with CRM requests that may come to the Institutional Communications team. Furthering Katie's Double Dogwood Diploma for French immersion, she was in charge of the translation process of all French materials. Here, she acted as a liaison between the translation and revision team and the final product created in order to ensure all materials are to the appropriate standard. When she is not working, Katie enjoys photography, hiking, rock climbing and snowboarding in the Greater Vancouver and Squamish area. Katie is very passionate about her work that she does, and strives to continuously learn more as her career progresses.
