About Katie Stepleton

In January 2021, I was offered a position with The Baton Rouge Clinic as the Executive Admin Assistant to the CFO, Shunn Phillips. I am excited to be a part of this amazing clinic that was has served the Baton Rouge area for 74 years and going strong. For almost 8 years, I was the Volunteer Director at Bethany Church. I became a member of the church in 2006 and was asked to be on staff in March 2013. I have always loved Bethany, and I was more than thrilled to be part of such an amazing church. I started on staff as the Event Planner and was soon promoted to work with the volunteers at all of the campuses. I love seeing how serving can impact someone's life. I have always believed in the power of giving back. As hobbies, I enjoy planning get togethers with friends, making jewelry (I actually have a jewelry business, Jasper+Onyx Jewelry), and visiting various coffee shops and new restaurants in BTR. I also enjoy traveling, whether it is a quick trip to NOLA or jetting off to a new destination.
