About Katie Stumpff

With a strong background in hospitality, I take pride in having a people first approach in business and the community. Some of the most rewarding times in my career have been when I connected with an employee; provided guidance or professional development or curated a special experience for a guest. For me, it is the small things and the strong sense of place that gives meaning to life. I have had the privilege of learning from a great mentor and having professionals who believed in me and supported my growth. These experiences have shaped my commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive flourish. As the Director of Giving & Engagement with the United Way of Jackson County I am involved with mobilizing a community to action so all may thrive. I contribute to a team that drives impactful philanthropy and volunteerism, strengthens donor relationships and creates sustainable change. My goal is to inspire and empower individuals to contribute to their communities, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. My journey, thus far, has been defined by a dedication to service, a passion for community development, and a commitment to excellence. I look forward to continuing to drive positive impact and build strong, resilient communities.
