About Katie Wallace

As a Project Manager in the New Business Development Team at Sony UK Technology Centre, I am dedicated to the delivery of some of Sony’s most exciting projects such as onboarding new services and seeking out new Contract Manufacturing Customers for our “Collaborative Solution to Contract Electronics Manufacturing’. Based in Pencoed, South Wales, our SMART, showcase facility is far more than just a manufacturing site with a varied business portfolio. Some portfolio highlights being: • High quality Sony Broadcast Equipment Manufacturing • Third Party Manufacturing for our Innovative (and often cutting-edge) Customers • Full service & Solutions Centre • ‘Business Incubation Centre’ for likeminded, non-Sony businesses • IoT / Factory of the Future R&D Department • Etc. Our entire business is rooted in innovation, quality, sustainability and social good - all underpinned by the experience and values of the wider Sony Group. With a background in English Language & Literature, the role is a perfect fit for me; interweaving creativity with relationship building and strategic execution. It's in this dynamic landscape where my passion for growth and learning contributes to the team’s collective pursuit of excellence. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to setup a call to discuss further.
