Katie B. Watts is currently the Marketing Manager for Farmer Payne Architects, where she oversees all aspects of their luxury brand. She was formerly the communications director for Central Management Company, overseeing social media, videos, websites, google listings, advertising and press for over 20 nursing home facilities across Louisiana. She was the former press manager at Berkshire Theatre Group, where she recently oversaw all press for the first Actors' Equity Association approved musical in the United States in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Press from this historic event included several New York Times features, The Daily podcast, a Los Angeles Times feature, NPR segments, and several TV specials, from the TODAY show with Al Roker to PBS to CBS Morning Show. Other notable press secured include Mountain Living, Wall Street Journal, Luxe Magazine, Southern Home Magazine, Architizer, Sun Valley Magazine, Plain Magazine, Big Sky Journal, and many others. She received a Masters of Theatre with an emphasis in Stage Management and Arts Administration from Louisiana Tech University, where she was the Marketing Director for Louisiana Tech University Department of Theatre, doubling ticket sales over three years. Her undergrad is in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Marketing also at Louisiana Tech University. Katie has also served on the Operations Team for the South Eastern Theatre Conference (SETC) for years, assisting Tony Award Winners and helping plan their annual banquet, attended by thousands.
