About Katie Wrobel

I am a therapist at LifeStance Health, a national leader in providing high-quality, accessible, and affordable mental health care. I have a master's degree in substance abuse and clinical counseling, and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I have over 15 years of experience in clinical therapy and case management, working with clients who struggle with various behavioral health issues, such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. I use evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), to help clients achieve their recovery goals and improve their quality of life. I also have a strong knowledge of the ASAM criteria, psychiatric medications, and utilization reviews. I am passionate about supporting clients in their journey of healing and empowerment, and I value collaboration, compassion, and diversity in my work.
