About Katiejane Yard

I am a Commercial and Programme Delivery specialist with extensive experience supporting complex programmes in highly regulated environments. My background spans defence, technology, and government, where I have focused on commercial governance, delivery assurance, subcontract and supplier management, and bid-to-mobilisation support.I am MCIPS-qualified and known for calm, structured execution, strong commercial controls, and the ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor while coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions. My work typically sits at the intersection of commercial planning, programme delivery, and governance, ensuring activity is well-structured, risks are understood, and delivery is commercially sound.I have supported large-scale programmes through planning, mobilisation, and live delivery, working closely with PMO, finance, engineering, and senior stakeholders. While my experience is rooted in regulated sectors, my skill set is highly transferable across infrastructure, utilities, technology, and service-based organisations.I am particularly interested in roles focused on commercial planning, delivery assurance, and governance within complex or matrixed environments.Open to permanent or contract opportunities where the focus is on delivery, assurance, and calm execution. Based in Hampshire.
