About Katila Farley

With over 15 years of healthcare management experience and a certification in value-based care (VBC), I am a passionate and proficient healthcare leader and podcaster. I host the Business of Primary Care, a network of primary care providers, leaders, and supporters, where I share insights and best practices on VBC, care coordination, risk management, and practice management. My mission is to improve healthcare quality, efficiency, and affordability for all. As the Chief Customer Officer at Affirm Health, a company that provides technology solutions for VBC operations, I lead the function and department across product, sales, marketing, support, and finance to create strong client outcomes and experiences. I leverage my skills and knowledge in various information technology platforms like Athena, Greenway, Phreesia, Asana, Epic, Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, and more. I also collaborate with executives, providers, and teams to support their VBC initiatives and demonstrate their achievements. I am a registered nurse and certified medical office manager with a certificate in ministry leadership. I am also a non-profit volunteer and am passionate about the work I do with Rainbow Omega.
