Background

About Katina Tsapos

I am currently enrolled in the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, pursuing a Masters of Science in Management while playing on the SMU women's soccer team. Previous to this degree, I earned a Masters of Science in Health Promotion Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Southern Methodist University. I am interested in the business side of the Healthcare field. I would like to combine my analytical skills, interest in bettering the healthcare system, work ethic, and detail-oriented mindset to help people. I am looking to pursue new and exciting opportunities in healthcare consulting, health and benefits, or strategic planning within healthcare organizations. Having played soccer my whole life, I have learned teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. I have been put in challenging team situations that have helped me learn how to navigate conflict in a team environment. This experience has also taught me time-management skills that will help me in the future. When I am not working or playing soccer, you can find me cooking/baking new recipes, camping, or playing card games. If you would like to connect and join my network or discuss potential opportunities, I would love to connect on LinkedIn or by Email at ktsapos@smu.edu.
