Passionate about how performance can be enhanced with tailored and sustainable solutions, and how culture is at the root of every change. I thrive in strengthening people’s personal and cultural competencies both to reap the benefits of diversity in a broad sense and to improve performance in general. People and their mindset, motivation and team work are what truly make me work hard every day because it moves not us - together - but also entire companies and organisations. In my practice in a global company like AlfaLaval I work with leaders and teams across the globe. I employ methods and ways of thinking from especially three domains: Sustainable business practice, enhanced cross cultural communication and intelligent collaboration skills and social scientific practices from ethnography and sociology, with comprehensive directions for moving forward and having fun doing it. I believe that communications and certainly cross cultural communication in all it’s aspects makes us perform better and brings us closer - to our personal goals, our company's strategy and to our customers. By engaging with other people I seek to understand them sincerely and bring them to peak their performance. I have excellent communication and presentation skills. My inter-personal skills are among my greatest strengths. I take great pleasure in listening to people, their needs and coaching them to achieve their full potential.
