I have worked in IT environment in global companies for over 17 years and gained vast experience in demanding executive assistant work and in organizational, customer, project and services communication. i have also acquired knowledge of people management ja HR related tasks. With my skills I can help leaders manage their organization and operations and reach their goals, I can support in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and maintain CRM. I can also facilitate life at work for the entire community by my initiative, support and communication. I like to work independently but want to be an active part of the wider operations to bring true value to the organization. I work efficiently following instructions, processes, guidelines and schedules but I also take initiative and assume greater responsibility where needed. I'm excited to get involved in improvement and development projects and programs. I want to help leaders, individuals and organizations make progress, succeed and prosper. I like to use my skills and expertise to influence and make a difference, to inspire and motivate others, to create real value to my community.
