About Katja Hansen

I have been working in both B2C and B2B companies. Here I had the responsibility for serving customers, managers and employees with information and take care of various tasks. I also worked as webmaster; updating and maintenance of different websites and webshops, customer service, store work and purchase. I’m use to communicating with suppliers, managers, employees and customers fluent in written and spoken Danish and English. I have worked in programs as MS Office tools, Adobe Creative Cloud and Navision. As a webmaster I’ve learned to priorities tasks by updating websites and webshops with products, pictures and graphics, as well as sending out newsletters and posting on social media. Working with customer service has given me great communication skills both written and spoken. In the store work I’ve learned to communicate with people and always give a good service to customers, managers and employees – even in stressful situations. As a purchaser I have developed good number understanding and systematic skills. As a person I’m motivated when I get to create value and make a positive difference for the people around me. I like to work in a busy and dynamic environment. When I meet new challenges, I throw myself in it and try to find the best solution. I’m not afraid of asking for help and neither of admitting if I have made a mistake. I love to plan and organize and see myself as a very structured and efficient person.
