Hi, I’m Katja I work in creative performance marketing. I spend my time testing ideas, collaborating with creators, producing short-form video ads, and checking the content is up to standards and speaks to the right audience. I’ve also built processes from scratch to make things smoother for both teams and creators, because I like it when things work and everyone can focus on the fun part: the creative. TikTok is my favorite platform to work with. I spend too much time scrolling for trends, filming content myself, and creating UGC as a hobby. I’ve seen plenty of times that the simplest or even slightly silly ideas end up being the ones that perform the best. Outside of work, I love testing new recipes, making self-aware jokes, spending time with my dog, and going on outdoor adventures. One of my long-term goals is to run social and marketing for a brand in a way that makes people comment “whoever is behind this deserves a raise.”
