Also responsible for organizing our international conferences (aimgroup.com/conferences/) and speaker at various conferences.I helped found the first Internet organization owned by and for German newspapers, MBT Online KG, in 1996. In 1998 I founded RISolutions, my own consultancy based in Munich, Germany, assisting publishers in making the most out of the digital age, helped build the first Internet classifieds portal in Germany. I started my career originally as a journalist and newspaper editor, but turned to the business side pretty soon. I'm the author of the first book in German on online newspapers (1st edition 1995, German only) among several other books and reports.
