I am a social sustainability enthusiast with a great interest towards human resources, international business and innovative business models. I love working with people with different backgrounds and nationalities. For me, a day full of problem solving, challenges, organizing and developing new ideas and models are the most cherished ones. My professional skills are in Human Resources and demanding customer service situations. I also love writing, which is my favorite hobby during my free time. As a curious nature, I consider learning new things and skills is not only essential but also fascinating. This is why I think studying and learning new things is a lifetime process. In my latest Master´s degree,(Master´s Degree in Strategy, Innovation and Sustainability, 2021) I increased my knowledge of sustainable business approaches and sustainability as a part of strategic business development. Especially social sustainability interests me, and is one of the main reasons why I want to work in human resources. I also have a Bachelor´s Degree in International Business (2015).
