ABOUT ME I am a 42-year-old Account & HR Director and Partner at Asennemedia, one of Finland’s leading and award-winning influencer marketing agencies. Together with my team, I am responsible for strategic influencer marketing planning and execution, designing impactful 360° collaborations across social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), PR (sendouts, events, press releases), podcasts, and paid media. I lead partnerships for some of Finland’s most prominent brands, ensuring that creativity, strategy, and measurable results meet seamlessly. As a partner, I have been part of Asennemedia’s growth journey for over eight years. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to help shape the agency’s culture, operations, and long-term business growth. WHAT ELSE I DO I am a certified Business Coach and career coach, as well as certified in conducting Workplace Big Five professional assessments. I work as an entrepreneur through Neam Society, where I offer both individual and group coaching programs, and where I am also dedicated to building Neam Society into the world’s most recognized and empowering women’s network. Neam Business Oy is a female entrepreneurship network and growth company empowering women to build thriving businesses, achieve financial success, and create lasting impact through transformative coaching practices. MY PASSION I am deeply inspired by people, potential, and business and by the growth that comes from nurturing all three. I’m passionate about sports, especially Hyrox — a discipline that perfectly combines endurance, strength, and determination. As a counterbalance to business and active sports, I find peace in nature, quiet moments, and the sea, places that help me recharge and reconnect with what truly matters.
