It all started with my deep love for reading and writing. And well - I've always cared about people. That is why I decided to study anthropology. I was really passionate about it. I learned a lot. Really, A LOT. But then something happened - the "golden era" of Social Media. Somehow I found it very interesting - the next big challenge in my life. I got the opportunity to try out as a Social Media Manager and Copywriter in a marketing agency and guess what - marketing and content creation became my new passion. Over the next few years of working in different agencies and companies I realised that there are few more things that I love- organising "things"- making plans, timetables, to-do's and checklists - and working with people. My status changed from "Interested in Project Management" to "Married to Project Management". And hey, we are talking about a happy marriage, full of love! I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual and I believe that good communication skills are the key to success. As a Project Director at Madwise, a performance marketing agency, I lead a team of talented professionals to deliver high-quality campaigns for various clients. I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of our projects. A part of my daily routine is to learn something new, everyday. In order to reach my dreams and goals, I'm always pushing myself past my limits and way over my comfort zone. I don't believe in shortcuts. Whatever is worth doing is worth doing well!
