About Katja Trbanc

People who work with me would describe me as an effective, energetic, communicative and motivated person and those are my qualities I am proud of. Throughout my college years I knew my future was in organizational field and my feelings were quite right. I am enjoying helping organizations and their employees to be more satisfied and productive with numerous activities. My main focus is on variety of assessment activities such as- conducting psychological profiling for needs of selection processes or when promoting employees and giving feedbacks to managers and candidates- analysis of climate, satisfaction etc. in organizations- 360° assessment of employees. I also make competency models and help organisations with value systems establishment. I don't have troubles speaking publicly, so I do workshops every now and then. When working with clients, managers, employees or candidates, I always try to follow principles of Transactional Analysis. TA courses help me better understand myself and others and communicate with them easier.
