I am an experienced strategist and communicator with a passion for patient engagement and advocacy. I am convinced that integrating the patient perspective not only improves care sustainably but also the return on investment for companies. Emphasising patient centricity means listening, developing strategies based on insights and needs, involving all departments and interlinking activities, continuous co-creation, and, as part of customer-centricity, closely examining and strengthening the interaction between doctors and patients. I am passionate about bringing people, perspectives, and knowledge together and working in cross-functional teams. Through my expertise in communication, patient relations, and marketing, I integrate the objectives and needs of various internal and external stakeholders - with the aim of developing outcome-focused concepts along the patient journey and within the therapy lifecycle. My extensive experience includes external and internal communications, patient relations, stakeholder management, insight generation, marketing, corporate positioning, media relations, product launches, and awareness campaigns in various indications, CSR, and issue and crisis management.
