About Katja Witte

I advise clients in consumer goods/retail, health and public institutions with focus on executive search and building high-performing teams. Based on my experience in both consulting and industry, I am passionate about helping clients and teams to unlock their true potential and driving positive, lasting change. Before joining Egon Zehnder, I was category and portfolio director in the management team of Mars Austria, Belgium and Switzerland. I had various local and global leadership roles across demand, supply, and finance ranging from strategy to hands-on operations and was instrumental in designing and implementing different large-scale transformations. Prior to that, I worked as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. I have a business diploma from the University of Cologne, the CEMS master’s in international management from the LSE in London and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona with focus on entrepreneurship and leadership.
