That belief naturally led me to payroll, a field where integrity, trust, and consistency are the work. Over the last seven years and counting, I’ve built a career I care deeply about, knowing that behind every paycheck is someone counting on clarity, accuracy, and reliability. I take that responsibility seriously. It’s what motivates me to keep improving myself, as well as the systems and processes behind the scenes. I’ve led transitions to weekly payroll, implemented new systems like ADP Workforce Now, and reduced processing time by over 40%, all while supporting employees and internal teams through organizational change. I’ve had the privilege of working with high-profile clients like Make-A-Wish and Tyler Perry Studios through ADP’s Upmarket division, and I’ve managed payroll operations in industries from healthcare to automotive. I’m passionate about creating stability through clear processes, smart systems, and meaningful collaboration, and I bring that commitment into every relationship I build. The working world is crazy sometimes, but I believe that when we support one another, we can overcome any challenge.
