About Katlynn Kennedy

Connecting people. Uniting the world. I currently serve as Manager of Investor Relations at United Airlines, where I play a key role in communicating the company’s financial performance, strategic priorities, and growth outlook to shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community. My work spans investor messaging, event planning, and strategic counsel to senior leadership - blending financial expertise with strong communication and relationship-building skills. I’m always looking to grow as a strategic communicator and leader, with a long-term goal of shaping how companies connect with the people who invest in them. In 2018, I earned my master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, following my undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s College, where I majored in Psychology and completed significant coursework in math and computer science. Outside of work, I serve as the Fundraising Director-Elect for the Junior League of Chicago, a nonprofit organization and member of the Association of Junior Leagues International. In this key leadership role, I help lead the League’s strategic fundraising and development efforts in support of our mission to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Throughout my time with the JLC, I’ve held several executive leadership and Board of Directors positions.
