About Katri Jokinen

I am a senior finance professional having more than 15 years of experience working in different kind of positions within finance, from standard reporting to project management and development. I am used to working with executive level management and as a member of a leadership team and I have experience of team leadership in multicultural environment. I consider myself an organized person and I have very systematic way to work, I am keen to find symmetry and structure even in the most challenging situations. I am passionate of developing myself and learning new things and I am not afraid of change. I strongly believe that if there is a will there is a way. As a team leader, but also a member of the team I am the person who can inspire others with positive attitude and willingness to find solutions to problems. I enjoy setting and achieving targets both in professional and private life. In private life this can be seen from my past when I achieved several medals in Finnish Championship and World Championship in Ski-Orienteering. Today I do not compete anymore, but I enjoy to challenge myself in different kind of outdoor activities and adventures, mainly in the nature and the mountains. And when I want to do something creative, I create flower arrangements and tie wedding bouquets.
