I’m a consultant, partner and CEO at Netlight. Netlight provides consulting services for leaders in the digital industry. We genuinely care about our clients and our colleagues. The combination of creativity, competence and business sense are the characteristics of each individual Netlighter, and that is also what makes Netlight stand out as a service provider. As a consultant my sweet spot is leading business critical projects and organisational change: building premises for data utilization, driving digital sales transformation or making go-to-market strategies happen. I can make an effective contribution in various roles, such as program manager, product strategist, concept designer or leadership coach. I love making things happen! As a partner at Netlight my mission is to help others to lead. Empowering others is the corner stone of my leadership style, and trust and feedback are my primary tools for practicing that. Leading by example important, but in an organization like a bird flock, it is also equally important to be able follow when others take the lead - and so far that has been the best way to make things work in an organization of consultants, 0 bosses and 11 offices in around the Europe.
