About Katri Kosonen

I’m customer focused ICT professional with 20+ years of experience from project and program management, product development, Quality assurance, mobile technologies and BSS transformation programs. I have been ramping up new development activities and worked in complex product programs leading the quality and testing activities. I have good understanding both from software and hardware combined with manufacturing and approvals sides. I have a proven track record from successfully led projects in international environment from several Lumia and Symbian device programs and well as from the BSS transformation area. I have a hands on leader style and I have a passion to deliver on schedule in high quality. I am a fast learner, easy to speak with and always willing to support others to achieve the common goals. English has been my working language for the past 19 years and thus I’m fluent in English in both written and spoken. I have been working in continuously changing multicultural environment and I have experience on leading teams and projects which have been multisite projects located in Europe, Americas and in Asia.
