About Katri Marjeta

I have gained a lot of experience on the project management related tasks over the years and I have successfully acted as IT project manager for several system developments and integration projects. The tasks included the project planning and scope definition, resource planning, preparation of the milestone deliverables and the regular status reporting within the project team and towards the management. Additionally, it has been my responsibility to secure the project budget and reporting in accordingly. In addition to my own projects, it is my responsibility as HW program manager to coach and support the other IT project managers with the HWS related projects and I have collectively reported the progress of those projects towards the IT and business leadership teams. I am a strong believer on continuous learning and self-development. I am part of the Connected Employee champion program which is currently focusing on O365 tools. I’m certain that the new applications are bringing us much needed opportunities to be more organized and transparent especially with communication and information sharing. Recently I have also focused on learning about the Agile project mode by taking part of all the trainings available but also interviewing the Nokia experts on the matter. However, the best way for me is to learn by doing. As part of my line manager duties, I have learned the methods of bringing out the best of others and I have participated on several leadership trainings and talent development courses.
