Olen aina työskennellyt tavalla tai toisella ihmisten parissa, joko ulkoisten tai sisäisten asiakkaiden kanssa. Erityisen lähellä sydäntäni on tulosyksikkömme IoT Key User pesti, jota hoidan tällä hetkellä oman assistenttityöni ohella. Verkkojen maailma on kiehtova, tempaa mukaansa ja kyseistä työtä tehdessä unohtaa olevansa töissä. Vahvuuksiani ovat asioiden sekä asiakkaiden ammattimainen haltuunotto ja hoitaminen puhelimitse, meilillä tai sähköisten palveluiden avulla, nopea oppimiskyky, joka on tullut esille psykologisissa testeissä, hyvät sosiaaliset taidot, tarkkuus ja pitkäjänteisyys. On hienoa saavuttaa annetut tavoitteet, täyttää sekä omat että toisten odotukset. Päivittäiset assistentin työt hoituvat ketterästi, multitaskaaminen on hallussa ja hallitsen isoja asiakokonaisuuksia, kuten vakuutusala, omaan hyvät neuvottelutaidot ja hoidan asiat kerralla kuntoon. IoT-maailma on uusin tulokas työhöni. Se kiehtoo minua erityisesti oppimaan koko ajan lisää sekä päästä jatkossa työskentelemään sen parissa yhä I'm very pleased to work with different people, both colleagues and customers. I'm a professional to take care of customers, solve their problems and give them a little bit more that they even wanted. Customers may always feel that they are very important and special. I'm so happy that my daily tasks includes IoT Key User job nowadays. IoT world is so exciting that I almost forget that it is just a job when I'm working with it. That is the case that I want to learn much more and work full time with it. I can learn new things on a quite short time. I have very good social skills, I'm pedantic and long-term worker. I love to challenge myself with new cases. I'm so happy to learn and teach new things or systems and I don't be afraid asking help if there is something that I don't know. I'm a local IoT and Microsoft CRM Key User and share my know how with smile every day.
