Previous Experience: At the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, I excelled in leading foresight initiatives, including megatrends, weak signals (APF Award Winner 2023) and Future Barometer. I also developed tools that integrate futures thinking, strategic foresight, and impact evaluation to support decision-making. Education: I hold a doctoral degree in administration sciences with a focus on organizational renewal and developmental evaluation.
