Senior Strategy and Product Innovation Manager with 19 years experience at KBC and P&G in leading Innovation programs, setting up energy ecosystem, defining the vision and strategy for the future, managing teams, and enabling faster & better innovation. WHO AM I: I am a positive, ambitious and energetic leader with passion for Innovation and people. I combine strong strategic thinking with action and results. I enjoy learning new skills and love to investigate how to do things differently for the better. I have an open leadership and collaboration style based on mutual trust and respect. WHAT HAVE I ACCOMPLISHED: I have defined and started implementing the ENERGY ecosystem at KBC. Setting the strategy and aligning with C-level; identifying the right services and technologies for the clients, defining partnerships and implementing the services in digital/non digital way within KBC. At P&G i have led product development for several Air freshener products and led a regional business for Febreze, co-created an internal incubator (>13M members), built the future innovation strategy for the Dish Global brand (>10B), pioneered and drove Lean innovation adoption in P&G and identified several new disruptive business opportunities which I personally incubated as a founder (start-up mentality) into mature projects delivering significant value for the company (won company winnovation award).
