I'm a business-focused human resources expert with specific expertise in Leadership development, succession management and talent management. I'm part of the Vision & Strategy team for Leadership, Talent & Learning and we define our organization’s purpose-driven vision and innovative strategy, that will empower our employees with the knowledge, mindsets, behaviors, and skills they need for success and the future of work. Previously I was responsible for Leadership Development as a very important topic to prepare our leaders for success, especially taking care of the development roadmap for our Senior Executives. Global talent and succession management were topics I focused on before. Which means I design a global talent and succession management philosophy, approach and process to support the manager by identifying their employees performance and potential which is important to support the employees growth and career.
