About Katrina An

At Klook, we the Learning & Development team are shaping the success of a world leader in an uncharted industry. Founded in 2014, Klook is a world leading travel activities and services booking platform. We connect travelers with the experiences to explore the world the way they want. Prior to Klook I was a Vice President in the Talent and Development team at Nomura, Asia's only Global Bank. I worked with the business management to identify the talent strategy to meet business priorities. My role focused on designing and driving talent initiatives to build the leadership pipeline, and business specific developmental needs. Another key agenda of my role was to break gender stereotypes, empower female employees, and retain female talents.Personally I am a huge believer of countinuing self development. I am a Protege of the Women's Leadership Program 2018 of The Women's Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes the full and equal participation of women and girls in all aspects of Hong Kong society.
