About Katrina Baccetti

Born and raised in San Francisco, California, it was my passion for volleyball and fitness that initially sparked my interest in personal growth through yoga and mindful movement. Through devotion to my own practice, I’ve been able to discover my purpose, heal wounds from the past, learn to love myself and others unconditionally, and rediscover boundless joy and happiness from within. It was my own inner transformation through yoga that ignited my pursuit of teaching, sharing, and creating; with hopes to inspire and guide my students on the healing journey inward. With ambition to serve guiding my path, I’ve become your go-to source for all things yoga and mindful movement. My current offerings include online courses and coaching, outdoor and virtual classes, and yoga retreats. My deepest hope is to create a supportive community that empowers students to cultivate stillness, strength, and radical self-love. Ultimately, I believe that through mindful movement we can inspire renewal and regeneration of mind-body-soul, to manifest a life filled with meaning and magic.
