My passion for mental health began through volunteer work with youth and the elderly, which inspired my journey to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am dedicated to destigmatizing mental illness and advocating for the benefits of mental health care, utilizing my education and personal experiences to make a difference.In an era where technology bridges gaps, I am committed to expanding access to mental health services for underserved populations. My areas of focus include trauma, agoraphobia, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety, life changes, and interpersonal issues.I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, integrating evidence-based practices with compassionate care to support my clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.
